Popeye Chia & Oats





A great way to sneak some greens into your morning routine. It turns out slightly sweet with great flavor!

Serves: 1

You Will Need:
A big handful of spinach (you can also use kale but I like spinach for this)
1 really ripe banana
1 1/2 T chia seeds
1 cup almond, oat or other milk
1/3 cup oats

In a blender blend the banana, spinach, chia seeds and milk.
In a bowl with a lid, add your oats to the bottom.
Pour your spinach blend over top the oats and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Eat cold in the morning.
